brown recluse or not?

Size: body about 1/4 "
I can't figure out what kind of spider this is. It would fit the brown recluse description if it had the "violon" shape on its back but it has only a black dot. Can anyone help me ID this spider please?

It's not a spider at all :)
It's a spider relative called a Harvestman. They are harmless, and you can read about them here.

Thank you! Interesting that it is missing a leg and I took a pic of a golden orb weaver too that was missing a leg this morning at the same location !!!
