One of the Symmerista?

Possibly Symmerista
Considering the red head capsule and the larval food, Symmerista makes more sense. Lots of oaks are present at Sycamore Canyon. Symmerista zacualpana seems to be the only species in the genus present in Arizona. However, I'll wait for someone with more knowledge before I re-label the photo.

Muchas gracias!
