Brightly Marked - Scolia nobilitata

This wasp I think might be Campsomeris, perhaps even Campsomeris tolteca. As you see it is feeding on Dodder flowers (I think Cuscuta californica). If someone could help me determine the identity of this attractive wasp, I should be most grateful.
