Culturing
These are great for raising for amphibian and reptile food. 8 individuals can become over 300 in less than a year being fed a steady diet of goldfish flakes and dried leaves. Their fast movement stimulated aggressive feedings and their soft exoskeleton makes them easily digestible. I have 2 cultures going at all times.

Moved
Moved from Woodlice.

P. pruinosus
Hi!

This specimen is a Porcellionides pruinosus, a new species on bugguide.net. If anyone reads my message, please create a new branch to the species! Thanks! :)

Note the Philoscia muscorum-like shape of body, violet color, two flagellum on each antenna... it is a good runner and prefers less humid areas.
