Philip, there are a dozen or so more here that could use your expertise. Don't know if that is where you are finding the ones you are currently commenting on. Family Ectopsocidae
Good clear shot of the wing-venation Graham. A small clear winged psocoptera without a Cubital Loop on the forewing places this character in the Family Ectopsocidae. The dark patches where the veins meet the wing margins also seem to be distinctive for some members of this family. In Canada we have only two species both from the genus Ectopsocus but I am not familiar with what you get in Texas so for now I will leave it at the family level.
