The outer wings seem to have transparent parts even on the upper half of the wings. Body seems sort of brick red.

Good eye, again, Ken! (and =V=)!
When I first looked at this genus/species I was amazed that I missed the "collar wing dings". I lightened up the preceding shot in this series and you can see the wing dings though not impressive I will reveal my findings.

Also, the scentless plant bug thing was a total lie. I am just trying to follow the suggested rule and make a guess so I could place it in Hemiptera instead of ID request. I was 99% sure it was Heteroptera. Beyond that I guess the size is more like a seed bug, but I just don't take that many photos of heteropterans. What I'm saying is I can't seem to follow the rules even when I try!
