Small wasps on Wheelbug eggs -- Anastatus semiflavidus?? - Anastatus

Size: 2-3mm
These wasps were on wheelbug eggs. I am thinking they are Anastatus semiflavidus. Any confirmation?

They have been known to be parasitoids of wheel bugs.
