Yes, Paragus! Not sure whether it's Paragus (Paragus) or P. haemorrhous - the scutellum might have a slight yellow border, but I'm not entirely sure.

margarethe - Eumerus has different wing veination, with a bent M1 - see the female in this picture:

or a more clear image here.
(without the veination trick, I'd have so much trouble with Eumerus - it looks like so many of the other genera!)
