Male - Episyron quinquenotatus
This is the only genus that I know of that has a white spot near the apical abdominal segment. (widespread range) 11 flagellomeres = ♂
Note, the thin-white lines behind the eyes, on the front of pronotum and also the thick spot on the third abdominal segment. Let's see if the experts agree.
