Once again, I am astounded by the knowledge of "BugGuideians." :) I couldn't see enough of the face to decide on the ID. I concede to you on Dragonflies.

 
Autumn meadowhawk
The leg colour alone gives it away.

Blue-faced also has yellow/brown legs but black markings on the abdomen are more like rings and it doesn't occur in Delaware.

I just know I'll never be able to ID things based on the legs. At least I'm not a professional so I get to be wrong all the time. XD

You can't always go by the time of year. I just got a White-faced Meadowhawk today.
