a female. Unidentifiable from this photo. Females often go unidentified even with the best photos

Hmmm...
Looks like something in the spreadwing (Lestidae) family. Other Damselflies don't tend to rest with their wings opened.
Do you have any other angles? I may be able to narrow it down further if so.

Hi Nikole. Those are the only 3 I have. I hope the other 2 are at least somewhat of an idea, to further pinpoint?
