Explanation of Names
Author: Gagné, 1975
Life Cycle
One larva (rarely two) lives develops in each leaf blister. When full-grown, larvae drop to the ground to pupate. Apparently several generations per year. (1)
Remarks
Causes blister galls on Viburnum leaves. It is not known whether similar galls on different viburnums are all caused by the same species. (1)
