Scolopocryptops
I believe it is in Scolopocryptops, possibly Scolopocryptops sexspinosus.
Compare:

Scolopocryptops rubiginosus?
Looks more like the Scolopocryptops rubiginosus to me....

What are the distinguishing characteristics?

Secret!
I actually don't know (shhh), was guessing based on range and visual match.
Dr. Shelley or Joseph would know!

Scolopocryptops sexspinosus
The identifying characteristics involve the relative hairiness of the antennal segments and the last pair of legs, plus a pair of sutures that may (peregrinator, rubiginosus) or may not (sexspinosus, nigridius) run down the back. I don't see any sutures, and that plus the size/color makes this sexspinosus. The other eastern Scolopocryptops without sutures is nigridius but that one is much smaller and more of a greenish color.
