Likely a parasitoid of the Mantid brood (sufamily Podagrioninae: most are characterized by more or less swollen hind femora, which seems well to be the case with this female).

I would agree with Richard, something in the genus Podagrion. You can tell by the swollen hind femur and the knobbed antennae on the female.
