Scaphytopius? - Scaphytopius

Scaphytopius? - Scaphytopius
Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz County, California, USA
October 10, 2014
Size: ~3mm
Hopefully close enough to an adult to be recognizable. On a plant the looks like ordinary grass, but the individual blades are 4-5 feet long and a couple inches wide. I'll try to get a name of the plant if I can.

Moved
Moved from Leafhoppers.

This is an adult
Scaphytopius

Not an ID, just an observation...
It bears a resemblance to Scaphytopius:

The experts will let you know if I'm anywhere close. :)

I do believe you've got it!
But I'll hang back for a bit!
