...they do look to be on the small side.

In any event, I'll defer to your judgement, and take pride in having at least narrowed it to the correct Tribe. :)

If same as other picture
Maybe Megaspilidae, but it's hard to tell with the resolution. The animal almost looks to be metallic but is probably completely black.

Is this the same individual...
...as in the previous shot? If so, the pics should be linked.

Also, this one is lacking a sighting date.
