...they do look to be on the small side.
In any event, I'll defer to your judgement, and take pride in having at least narrowed it to the correct Tribe. :)

If same as other picture
Maybe Megaspilidae, but it's hard to tell with the resolution. The animal almost looks to be metallic but is probably completely black.
