Orchid Bee - Euglossa dilemma - Male

Size: ~1.3 cm
This weekend is the first time I have seen E. dilemma in my yard in over a year. Males came in around 12:30 PM (both yesterday and today) and gathered compounds from all parts of the holy basil plants, going to flower buds, old flower bracts, and leaves. They were also very interested in the adjacent basil that had dried out bracts. The male here is at the basil flower buds.
