Wingless moth - Orgyia leucostigma - female

Wingless moth - Orgyia leucostigma - Female
Chesterfield, St. Louis County, Missouri, USA
October 21, 2014
Found on Bald Cypress (Taxodium distichum). My knowledge here is very limited, but is this in family Geometridae? Would this be a newly emerged female, or egg-laying behavior? Or maybe none of the above :) Thanks in advance.

after digging i
believe that whitemarked tussock is probably right for ID. in this photo I can see she is laying eggs and extruding that foamy substance which will harden around them,,then she probably will plaster over them with scales from her body. its a sad little life to me, she emerges mates and lays eggs and dies, in about 2 days.

Maybe...
White-marked Tussock Moth?
