Braconid ex agromyzid in white wood aster - Colastes

Size: 2.4 mm
Similar to this one, and both sort of remind me of some wasps identified as Colastes:

Both of these wasps killed the host larvae and spun cocoons in the mine, rather than emerging from a puparium as is typical for Alysiinae and Opiinae.
