definetly an Aedes
judging by where you found it and your location, I would say this is your Eastern Treehole mosquito,
Ochlerotatus triseriatus
. These shots are great, but I couldn't see the anal gills(the bright white lobes on it's tail) well. But I am pretty sure of my ID
…
