Size: abdomen alone 3/4 inch
This large spider was tucked into a crevice in the brickwork around my porch, the largest spider I saw all summer. I hadn't seen an orb lately but it seems to resemble some of the orb weavers. It was lovely and very sensitive to having me stand near and take pictures.
