This is the only one I have of this specimen. I hope I can at least narrow it down from 'damselfly'. :)
Thanks for helping me ID it as a Vesper Bluet (Enallagma vesperum). I think the plant is Velvetleaf. I'm just adding that because I am practicing plant IDing. :)
