which true bug? - Cymus coriacipennis

Size: 3mm
An interesting bug caught on a marsh at the Coquille River Estuary. Ocelli present; tarsi 3-segmented; antennae 4 segmented; piercing mouthpart 4 segmented; can't see veins in the membranous part of the front wings.
