Passionflower Flea Beetle - Disonycha discoidea

Passionflower Flea Beetle - Disonycha discoidea
Davie, Broward County, Florida, USA
October 5, 2014
Found on Passiflora suberosa climbing up Public Artwork installation at Long Key Nature Center. Sorry about the poor image quality, I only had a small point-and-shoot with me.

Probably Disonycha quinquelineata
The only flea beetles we ever find on our passionvine have been identified as D. quinquelineata, and there were several adults of this species on the same plant as this larva.

Moved from ID Request.

Maybe...
Passionflower Flea Beetle larva?
