Caenis sp? nymph - Caenis

Caenis sp? nymph - Caenis
Newmarket (near), York Region, Ontario, Canada
October 28, 2014
Collected from the margin of a fishless pond at the Koffler Scientific Reserve.
I've worked it down to Caenis sp. (I think!) but the key I have is European and I'm stuck when it comes to species. I thought it might be C. horaria or C. robusta but their distributions seem to be mainly European. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Caenis sp.
Yes, it is a Caenis. C. horaria and C. robusta do not occur in the Nearctic. To ID, get a copy of Provonsha. A.V. 1990. A revision of the genus Caenis in North America (Ephemeroptera: Caenidae). Trans Am. Ent. Soc. 116: 801-884. Note that an additional species has been described since that paper (C. eglinensis, from FL).
