here, but maybe it is not possible to say for sure?

It seems like placing this to species is as safe as with any of the other examples here. The only one we can be absolutely sure about is the one I reared:

The genus is certainly correct, and I agree that the markings are consistent with other submissions of P. liriodendronella to this site - there is a description of the species here:

Thanks! great, informative link too. There are tulip-trees in area where I saw this moth, so I think this could be P. liriodendronella.
