Wingless Wasp Or...? - Baeus - Female

Size: Less than 1mm
Thought this was a mite until I took a closer look. Apparently it can hop because I was looking at it in a magnifier and it just disappeared. Only able to get a couple of images of it before it vanished, Found under a piece of bark in leaf litter in my back yard.
