Wasp - Coelioxys dolichos - female

Wasp - Coelioxys dolichos - Female
Boca Raton, Palm Beach County, Florida, USA
November 13, 2014
Size: ~2 cm
Bigger than the bees that use the flower bed, but too quick for me to get more than this fuzzy and frassable shot. Can anyone confirm that it's (1) a wasp and (2) maybe in Vespoidea?
