Find this spider on floors. Family members have displayed insect bites (2 cm itchy raised welts) that may be attributed to this spider. Looking for environmentally friendly ways to control it inside home. Thanks in advance for your assistance with an ID!

These aren't dangerous and usually don't survive indoors. Colder weather drives them to come inside. Your bites are not the result of this spider. I suggest checking for other sources. These spiders will not bite you unintentionally. It will only bite when pressed against the skin. Likewise, you will feel the bite.
