Unknown insect - Reticulitermes

Unknown insect - Reticulitermes
Naples, Collier County, Florida, USA
April 30, 2014
Size: ~5mm
This tiny insect was on the top of my hat when I exited a gopher tortoise preserve. It appears to have 16 bead-like segments in its antenna, overlapping abdominal segments like a cockroach, very short cerci, chewing mouth parts, and wings somewhat like an earwig. I am not sure whether this is a nymph or an adult.
