Tiny Wasp
In Westwood - elevation 5100ft, Lassen County, California, USA
November 25, 2014
Size: Body length 2.5mm
This little wasp is one of several noticed indoors lately. Finally traced them to a house plant infested with small green aphids.

My thanks for any further ID help!

These tiny wasps can help reduce the number of aphids infesting your plants.
