probably Hydrodroma
Based on the wide separation between eye lenses and the squarish shape, this is a Hydrodroma (Hydrodromidae). Normally they are orange or red in colour rather than this pale fawn. A ventral view would be helpful (true for most mites!).

Cheers,
Heather

other similar individuals from this pond were red and orange
the second image is ventral. I have a variety of angles, but I was pushing my camera to its limits with this guy.
