Size: ~1.5 mm
From sweep net. I'm pretty sure of the family ID but am posting it at order level for confirmation/correction or possible genus/species ID. I am happy to provide the specimen, as well.

Yes indeed - a female…
Very nice John. Note the spatulate hind wing and the torulae, which are closer to the compound eyes, than to each other (another family feature).
