Top image sold me on Parydra vs. Ochthera 'cos unlike latter, the pinch in the thorax comes at about third distance to scutellum rather than halfway, and terminates near midline in dimples rather than not.

But if you compare faces, maybe Ochthera is closer. Here is Parydra, Octhera, and my fly:
