Is this the same specimen as first image?
This image has distinct paler bands on HW and PM band does not appear to reach leading edge which indicate Fawn-spotted Skipper, a rare stray to south TX

I believe it is, but cannot be sure as I shot this several weeks ago. These shots were taken on the same plant, and only a few photographs apart.
