I found this cool black fly bug last summer trying to carry another bug. The fly looked black and it had a really narrow middle part of its body... I've never seen anything like that before. The other bug looks light green.. and i can't really tell much else about it. Maybe its a grasshopper. They were pretty small, id say the black one is probably about 1.5 cm

Looks like an Isodontia
carrying a tree cricket, but difficult to be certain because the image is so small. Please crop your image to a rectangle that is essentially just the bug. While you as contributor can click on your image and see the full size 2400 pixel image you posted, the rest of us are restricted to the 560 pixel reduction. The bugs in your picture are less than a half inch on our screen.
