doesn't have tubercles or a white median mark on the anterior abdomen - two features both your spider and

have.

coloration varies between brown and a contrasting black and white

Agreed
Thanks, Laura, I think you're right. I saw the white median mark, but I thought it might be a play of light since there is dew near it. The anterolateral tubercles are distinct.
