Our only species of Dioctria is D. hyalipennis, so...

True. I'd forgotten about all the native Dioctria species out west and Bromley's singleton species down in Florida. But I think D. hyalipennis is our only one in the northeast quadrant (including Wisconsin), and this one looks like it.
