Hi Jeff,

When Tony moved this one it made me look at it again. I have saved some information on a new moth that I "could" see in Schulenburg and yours reminded me of it. I don't really think yours is the same but thought you might look at Hodges #6439.1 Hypmecus longipectinaria on MPG. It isn't on BG yet. Apparently you would be in the range too.

is available. However, there just are not enough pix available of the beast anywhere for me to assess this picture and the possibility that this moth belongs there. But, Hypomecis should certainly be looked for in the Shreveport area.
