Looks more like Tibicen winnemanna
The opercula are rounded and yellowish in color, the ventral black stripe is less developed than I would expect to see in eastern linnei + there is a slight pruinose ")" mark adj. to the tymbal covers (linnei can have this mark but not as often as seen in winnemanna).
