Same species?
I would not dare suggesting an ID for this kind but isn't this the same species as this one? I have had similar ones and what I can say for both of yours is that I doubt they are Agnippe prunifoliella. The reddish spots probably are raised scales that, among gelechiids, are found in the genera Telphusa and various xxxtelphusa (this is not my wisdom but I learned it from experts like Terry Harrison: IDs not possible from photos!).
