New Braunfels, Comal county County, Texas, USA
December 23, 2014
Size: approx. 12cm long
This huge sphinx moth (about 5 inches long from the tip of the head to the end of the wings), showed up at work today. I have never seen a sphinx moth near this big or patterned like this and would love to know which species it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!

Nice shot of a beautiful moth. I'd like a coat designed like that!
