Bittacus stigmaterus, I think...
After an ID suggestion by Emmanuel Rodriguez, I went through the key in Webb, Penny & Marlin. I believe this matches B. stigmaterus on all points:
--apices of wings not dark brown
--apical crossvein absent
--subcostal crossvein basal to first fork of radial sector
--wing membranes yellow to pale brown, crossveins not margined
--lobes of ninth tergum in dorsal view with 2 medial prominences
