Myrmicinae: Solenopsis
Indeed a fire ant, this one looks like
S. richteri
or more likely, because of the reddish tinge of the darker portions of the body, the hybrid
richteri X invicta
that is gradually displacing
S. richteri
altogether from the US. The specimen is a queen, probably just after removing here wings following a mating flight.

Maginification...
is just not big enough to check the antennal club - namely the number of segments it contains. Nonetheless, I suspect a fire ant (Solenopsis sp).. Anyway a dealated female, or young foundress queen, of the Myrmicinae subfamily.
