Coniontis sp Adults and larva - Coniontis

Coniontis sp Adults and larva - Coniontis
Melba, Idaho, USA
I don't think there are any pictures of Coniontis larva, so i think this would be helpful. This larva is captive bred, the parents are all wild caught.

Dates
All dates should be removed for captive bred specimens. Please note the instructions "Date taken, if known (mm/dd/yy). Only specify this for wild specimens."

Ok
The adults were wild caught, should i change their dates to the date i caught them?

It depends
We're trying to track the season when the bugs would be found active in nature. For example - you might see that certain butterflies are active in June while others are active in October, but if you raise them inside it messes up the natural data. If these wouldn't be found active naturally right now, either the capture date or no date would be better. If you know it, I would say for these capture date is good. Here are your others in case you want to fix some others (capture date or no date).

OK, thanks!
I will change the dates accordingly.
