Entomobrya cf. nigrocincta
Female specimen.
Pls note: E. nigrocincta is not yet recorded from the USA in the literature. That is why USA records of this species should be listed tentatively as cf. nigrocincta.
E. atrocincta is a completely different species.
E. nigrocincta is not a form of E. atrocincta.
E. nigrocincta is a dimorphic species (female and male specimens look different) while E. atrocincta is not dimorphic.
This specimen is a female specimen of E. nigrocincta.
