It was previously identified to be Chlaenius sericeus long time ago, but it was moved to 'frass,' and I think I deleted. Here is better(?) image as there is no record indicating this species has ever found in Louisiana in BugGuide. PLEASE let me know if it has been misidentified.

This is Claenieus prasinis. The shoulders of sericeus are pointed forward near the base of the prothorax. I dont collect C. prasinis in Utah, so to me it is really neat.
