Pretty one.

Excellent!
Wonder if we can get Marshal to take a look at it?

I.D.
I asked Marshal about the spider through flickr and he agreed that it looked right for E. pepinensis.

Running Crab
something like Ebo maybe?
Wish we knew them better, but someone who does has a good view of the eyes and leg spines, so they should be able to make an ID

I agree with
Philodromidae. I'm unfamiliar with taxa in California though so I'd have to do some additional digging to help further.

I think Marshal Hedin ...
already IDed this as E. pepinensis, it's just waiting for a page to be made.

Could be...
That looks like a good possibility. I've found a few of these, but this is the first one that looks mature. All individuals have been in sandy foredune habitat and found in beach bur (Ambrosia chamissonis). If they help with ID, I can cross post:

Ebo pepinensis
Looks nearly identical to the specimen in this photo by Marshal Hedin and shares the same habitat association: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Ebo_pepinensis,_female_(F_Philodromidae)_(4131858085).jpg
