Rob, I am so very sorry for the TERRIBLE move. I have no idea how I did that. I am moving this back to Moths so you can get the most exposure to the experts. Unfortunately, the system will not let me move it back to ID Request.

I think this looks more like Eucosma than Oecophorid although I did go there and could see where you were coming from. I think this might be . Not an ID.

Eucosma to me, too, possibly bobana, for which there is no BG page.
