This one decided to fly directly into the collecting vial... not to bright an idea Mr. Halictid... can anyone give some pointers on separating there 2 genera?

hairy sripes - here interrupted in the middle . are on the basis of the urotergites, They are on the apex in genus Halictus. Outer veins of forewings (picture at right) are fainly, but distinctly weaker than other ones; there's no such difference in Halictus.
